Closing of Series C bonds, designated as C3

Alterco Management SA (The Issuer) hereby informs that on 20/12/2011 the Company completed the allocation of third tranche of Series C bonds, designated as C3, issued pursuant to Resolution No. 8 / 2010 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting dated 21 September 2010

The EGM resolutions, including Resolution No. 8 / 2010 dated 21.09.2010 laying Issuer in current report no 36/2010 of 22 September 2010

Assigned 150 (one hundred and fifty) Series C bonds, designated as C3 tranche, with numbers from 2851 to 3000, with a nominal value zł 10,000.00 (ten thousand) each.

In accordance with Resolution No. 27/2011 of the Management Board of 20 December 2011, the third tranche of Series C bonds, designated as C3, was closed.
