Professional Experience of Mr. Maciej Gruber focuses on the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and investment banking, and includes work for such organizations such as Digital Polsat SA, where Mr. Gruber for 7 years he served as CFO and board member for finance, including participating the first public share offering Digital Polsat SA worth 839 million zł.
Mr. Gruber previously served as Vice President of Development UPC Cable Sp. Ltd., the largest Polish operator of broadband cable television service provider and data.
Before joining UPC, Mr. Gruber was a member of the corporate finance investment bank ABN AMRO Hoare Govett and participated in transactions to raise capital for companies with media and telecom sectors, broadband and retail.
Mr. Gruber is a graduate of Wrocław University and postgraduate studies in economics and management of the Programme Copernic in Paris.
