The Company’s basic capital is divided into:

5 544 952* (five million and five hundred and fourty four thousand and nine hundred and fifty two) Series A bearer stocks whose nominal value is PLN 2.41 (PLN two 41/100) each:

  • 1 283 070 (one million two hundred and eighty three thousand and seventy) Series A bearer stocks

  • 500 000 (five hundred thousand) Series B bearer stocks

  • 15 000 (fifteen thousand) Series C bearer stocks
