Real estate investor Alterco has purchased a 100 percent stake in special purpose vehicle Tiga Investment for zł 48.16 million. The move is intended to add new recreational assets to Alterco’s real estate portfolio. In purchasing Tiga, the firm has acquired over 50 ha of land in the northeastern village of Sztynort Duży, Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship, not far from the border with Kaliningrad, Russia. Alterco notes that the village is home to Poland’s largest inland yacht port.
